New Student-Kayaking & Paddleboarding Class
This Kayaking & Paddleboarding PE Course offers students the chance to develop water navigation skills, core strength, and endurance while earning physical education credit. Led by qualified instructors and coaches, this course is designed for all skill levels, from beginners learning balance and paddling techniques to advanced athletes refining stroke efficiency and water safety awareness.
Students will engage in paddling drills, endurance training, balance exercises, and water safety instruction, with a strong emphasis on technique, coordination, and environmental awareness. Instruction covers essential skills such as maneuvering, stroke mechanics, self-rescue, and reading water conditions, ensuring students gain confidence and competence on the water.
