When you’re on the go, you’ve got to stop sometimes and be intentional. One of the best ways you can do this is during meal or snack times. Try eating your meals and snacks without any screens or tasks occurring at the same time. Reflect on the type of food you are eating, the flavor, color, and how it tastes…yum! If you live a busy lifestyle like me but start paying attention to the small breaks that you do get, your focus will shift and you’ll feel calmer. PS, sometimes I swear and in this video I do so if you have little ears around or prefer not to hear it, skip on past this one.
