Set healthy boundaries with other people and things so you can say yes to yourself. Make sure you are taken care of to continue doing everything you are doing for everyone else. Stop your negative thoughts, replace them with positive ones even if you don’t believe the positive thoughts. What would your best friend tell you? You will make mistakes and that’s ok, be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself and say yes to what you need today.
