Do you have an active mind? Part of living with NTENTION is being mindful of your thoughts as they come and go. As you become aware of your thoughts, you can start to connect them to your goals by taking action steps daily. Connecting your goals with the things that are most important to you and aligning your thoughts will accelerate action. Use purposeful, positive thinking as much as possible. If you notice that you are stuck in worry or being critical, take a step back and align your thoughts with what matters to you the most. Stay positive, it does make a difference.
