Stop Caring About what other people think because other people aren’t thinking about you. That may sound harsh but the reality is 95% of the time, people are preoccupied with themselves. If you think about your day-to-day, how much time do you have really to worry about others? Don't obsess over your doubts and insecurities. It's not helpful and doesn't move you forward, it only accelerates anxiety. Focus on what you believe is right for you. Not everyone is going to like this but that's ok. Be yourself and hold true to that. I know this is hard for you sensitive souls and empaths, as I am one of you, and have worked hard on this myself. If you can keep this perspective in mind that people just don't have the time to worry about the details on your mind, you may be able to give yourself a break and focus on more of what really matters.
