ROUTINE. ACTION. REWARD. 

Set up a healthy habit by establishing a routine that is built upon your strengths. You can begin this routine by asking yourself what are 5 key strengths that I have or what would a friend say about me? Next, I want you to consider how can you turn these strengths into actions. Can I do these actions daily? Maybe you want to work on your empathy for others and notice a friend is having a bad day. Really tune into observing your friend and offer to listen to them. Remember, create intention by establishing a routine that is built on action, and always reward yourself for your successes!
