People often have great ntentions behind their goals but can have a hard time meeting them. The first question to ask yourself, is this a priority or a wish? If it's not a priority then it may be hard to complete because you will always place your priorities above your wishes. Next, are you taking small steps every day that get you closer to your goal? It's very common to not have goals broken down into realistic, small steps.Who is supporting you with your goals? Do you have enough self-discipline to do it alone? If not, it's highly likely that you'll benefit from having an accountability partner. Tell a good friend or family member about what you are hoping to do and how you are tackling it. They can help you problem-solve and point out ways where you might be getting stuck.Expect setbacks, you will not do awesome every day. That's perfectly normal and ok. If anything, these setbacks can give you information as to how you are currently coping and taking care of yourself, always good info! Take this knowledge and evaluate your progress at the end of the week. Then make minor adjustments to your plan and you most certainly will see yourself meeting your goals.
